The King of Garuda's power will gradually decrease a little bit (by -1.5% every hour) after the landing of the Dragons.

This effect will last only until Royal Dragons lands so the max decrease is -36% of stats.

If King of Garuda is not killed before the Royal Dragon is dead, the Honor will be distributed but there will be no scroll given.
