An also fix the glitch on charm drops in pvp so that every have chance to win.

-crock-: add new spell for assassins class bcoz assassins class dont have strong spell even its wear full legendary item still lose on bosses add new spell like Wraithstrike master or soul bind or frenzy coz Wraithstrike is useless even have full set legendary item in pvp to other class
